Experience and Background:

CEO John Schwan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.  His background has given him experience in the food, chemicals, tools, retail/wholesale, and energy industries.  John has over 20 years experience in supply chain management.  He has been involved in start-ups, large construction projects, and reorganizations.  Besides supply chain management, he has had responsibilities in personnel, finance, corporate insurance, sales and marketing, and contracting outside services.
